Iceskating

Some issues as usual, biggest is vision. If you do it at a public rink, you may run the risk of collisions with other people.

Other than that, you'd be pretty warm, though the possibility still exists that your suit could be damaged if you fall wrong. You still have to worry about tailpullers, but if you do it right, you could pull them.

After having worked as a back up NHL mascot, here is what I have learned. The key is learn to skate well out side of a suit I took about a year and a half of skating lessons, and I'm still learning. Learn to mascot well off the ice. Work on your balance, agility, stamina and endurance. I have spent about 7 years on this. Then put the two together. The challenge is not in knowing how to balance and move forward on skates in a suit, but rather predicting the inevitable falls of others in front of you and *stopping* on a dime. Vision and head balance are the two most critical costume design elements when the costume will be used on ice.
